Refund Policy

At PlayLand Kids' Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your visit, we offer a full refund on admission if requested within 24 hours of your visit. For birthday parties and private events, refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event date. Refunds for other services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
